By creating an account and using 7wicket's services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Please read them in full before registering. If any part is unclear, contact our support team.

These terms apply to all services provided through 7wicket's website, mobile app, and any other digital platform. They cover Sports Betting, casino games, Live Casino, lottery, and all promotional activities.

7wicket reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the website when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to register at 7wicket. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate. If false or incomplete information is submitted, 7wicket reserves the right to close the account without notice.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same device or IP address.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials confidential. These must not be shared with anyone.
• If your personal details change (such as your mobile number), you must notify support immediately.

7wicket accounts are personal — placing bets on behalf of third parties or allowing others to operate your account is strictly prohibited. Accounts cannot be registered under a corporate or business name.

You can deposit on 7wicket via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Deposits are generally instant and should reflect in your wallet within 3 minutes. If there's a delay, contact support with your transaction ID.

Please keep the following in mind when making a withdrawal:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may take between 1 and 48 hours to process.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in bets.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. If not used within the specified period, it will be forfeited.
• One bonus: Multiple bonus offers generally cannot be used at the same time, unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Eligibility: Some bonuses are available to new members only, while others are for existing members — please check the terms of each offer.
• Abuse: If multiple accounts are opened to claim bonuses, or if unusual betting patterns are detected, 7wicket reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonuses.

Every bet placed at 7wicket is governed by 7wicket's own betting rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it is final — cancellations are not possible except in the case of a technical error.

• Odds changes: The odds at the time your bet is placed are the ones that apply. Any changes to odds afterwards will not affect existing bets.
• Live Betting: Odds in live betting change from moment to moment. They are not final until your bet is confirmed.
• Match Cancellation or Postponement: If a match is cancelled before it starts, your stake will be refunded. If a match is abandoned midway, settlement will follow 7wicket's rules.
• Score Verification: 7wicket settles bets based on data from official sports authorities. The right to correct any errors is reserved.

Under 7wicket's betting rules, the platform reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds or placed by exploiting a technical error.

Under the terms of its international gaming licence, 7wicket is required to verify user identities. This is to prevent money laundering and ensure secure payments.

The following may be required as part of the KYC process:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie photo (holding your ID if required)

• If your account is inactive (no transactions for 365 days), an inactivity fee may apply.
• In the event of a user's death, the legal heir may claim the account balance through the appropriate legal process.
